Waverly Road Renovation
Renovation of and addition to a large Tudor residence and coach house on Lake Michigan. Originally constructed in 1870, the home was gutted and transformed into a dramatic traditional residence with state-of-the-art mechanical systems. An indoor pool and exercise wing, along with attached garages, were added. All other spaces were remodeled.
